As an Insurance Account Representative for Brian G Youmans Insurance Agency Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Insurance Account Representative for Brian G Youmans Insurance Agency Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Use a customer focused, needs based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both warm and cold leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Obtain a Property & Casualty License.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
